Sydney K Therapy
Sydney Kirsch
FounderMy extensive work in the field of OCD began as the lead clinician in the OCD Intensive Treatment Program at the Child Mind Institute, where I provided individualized Exposure with Response Prevention (ERP) therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults, helping clients manage their OCD symptoms and regain control of their lives.
Prior to this, I worked as a school social worker, where I provided counseling to students struggling with learning and behavioral challenges, helping them build the skills they needed to thrive both academically and emotionally. My experience has allowed me to support individuals in both clinical and educational settings, fostering resilience and lasting growth.
In addition to private practice, I work as a therapist at InStride Health, an insurance-based, specialty practice delivering life-changing anxiety and OCD care for kids, teens, young adults (ages 7-22), and their families.
