What We Offer

  • Intensive outpatient services are available for moderate to severe OCD and anxiety. This in-person program is designed for individuals whose symptoms are significantly impacting areas like school, work, social life, medical appointments, and more. Throughout the intensive, a personalized treatment plan will be developed, addressing specific symptoms, preferences, and goals.

Throughout the intensive, a personalized treatment plan will be developed, addressing specific symptoms, preferences, and goals.

  • Home-based therapy is offered for cases where symptoms are primarily limited to the home environment. This service is dependent on the client’s location and varies on a case-by-case basis.

  • Community-based therapy is offered for cases where symptoms are primarily limited to a specific environment. This service is dependent on the client’s location and is tailored to each individual case.

  • School-based therapy is offered for cases where symptoms are primarily limited to the school environment. This service varies based on the school’s location, as well as its specific preferences, guidelines, and visitor policies.

  • Family therapy is offered to clients and their families to foster a team approach that provides ongoing support for the client.

  • The next support group offered is a female-only OCD group and book club designed for girls ages 10–13, running from March 1 through March 31. This group provides a supportive, age-appropriate space for participants to connect with peers who understand OCD while engaging in guided discussions, psychoeducation, and coping skill development through a shared book. The goal of the group is to help participants feel less alone, build confidence in managing OCD symptoms, and practice skills in a compassionate, encouraging environment. Our Process

Intro Call

We’ll start with a complimentary 15-minute intake call to get to know you and answer any initial questions.

Assessment

A 60-minute assessment will be scheduled and will include two components: a child-only portion and a parent-only portion.

Treatment Planning

A family session will be scheduled after the assessment to discuss the diagnosis and review recommended next steps for treatment.

Treatment

Therapy will begin as outlined during the treatment planning session.
